Job Description

Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring process adherence and monitoring non-compliances in projects. You will also be involved in process and project data collection, metrics derivation, analysis, and root cause analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and report non-compliances in process adherence - Collect process and project data, derive metrics, and perform analysis - Conduct root cause analysis Qualifications Required: - B.E / B.Tech / M. E / M.Tech degree - 8-12 years of experience - Proficiency in ASPICE 3.1/4.0 and/or CMMI process implementation - Knowledge of project life cycles such as V-model, agile/scrum - Experience in CM system and defect/issue tracking tools - Familiarity with one or more programming languages - Understanding of software quality factors and measurement - Knowledge of Functional safety and QMS process definition Additional Details: N/A,
