Quality Leader

Role Overview: As a Plant Quality Operations Manager in the Fluid Dynamics Business Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes at the manufacturing plants. Your role will involve overseeing various aspects of quality operations, including receipt quality, manufacturing quality, and customer quality. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing talent development strategies, IMS audits, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Receipt Quality at plant - Manufacturing Quality: Product Quality, Process Quality, Process capability implementation & Straight pass compliance - Support & Manage before in Service issues at OEMs - Driving Customer Quality & Product Quality (PQC) for Fluid Dynamics Business - Monitor & Control warranty cost for Fluid Dynamics Business - Manage & execute third party inspection - Develop Talent and Learning Strategies for Quality Organization in Fluid Dynamics Business Unit - Manage internal & external IMS audits per the annual schedule, coordinating with certifying agencies (TUV, ABS QE, etc.). - Ensure IMS compliance (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) across all KOEL manufacturing plants - Oversees development, maintenance, and certification of quality management systems and serves as the company expert on certifications - Provides tools for internal audit and assessment programs and promotes shared audit findings and corrective actions across units - Develops a functional learning strategy covering experiential learning, networking, associations, and formal training - Partners with process owners and other excellence leaders to prioritize continuous improvement efforts - Analyzes quality performance indicators (KPIs), collaborates on improvement plans, and drives operational efficiencies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Masters preferred) - Quality management certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) - Experience in managing quality operations in a manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
