Quality Assurance (QA) Manager Location- Jammu

Role Overview The QA Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and testing procedures to ensure our products/services meet established standards. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on involvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and operations—to drive quality improvements and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain company-wide QA strategies, policies, and procedures • Lead and mentor QA analysts, engineers, or inspectors • Oversee manual and automated testing activities across the product lifecycle • Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, metrics, and KPIs • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to define quality standards and acceptance criteria • Manage defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution processes • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP, etc. – if applicable) • Prepare and present quality reports to senior leadership • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive process optimizations ________________________________________ Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree, or a related field with exp in Biscuits Industry is a must • 12+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, with at least 4 years in a leadership/management role

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
