As a Quality Head in the automobile industry, specifically focusing on sheet metal, you will be responsible for leading and managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes to maintain high standards in sheet metal manufacturing. Your main duties will include developing and implementing quality management systems that meet industry and customer requirements, ensuring adherence to ISO and IATF standards by conducting regular audits for continuous quality enhancements. Collaboration with production, design, and supply chain teams will be crucial to streamline quality processes and minimize defects. Moreover, you will play a key role in training and guiding the quality team members to foster a culture of excellence in quality. To excel in this role, you should possess a Mechanical Diploma/Degree qualification along with 12-15 years of experience in the automobile industry, specifically with a focus on sheet metal. Your expertise in quality management, particularly within the automobile sector, combined with a deep understanding of quality standards such as ISO and IATF, will be vital. Strong leadership and team management skills, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential attributes for this position.
