Junior to senior positions

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Systems: Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality control procedures.
Leadership: Lead, train, and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams, setting standards and goals.
Process Improvement: Drive Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma initiatives, analyze data, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventative actions (CAPA).
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, certifications (e.g., ISO), and legal requirements.
Production Oversight: Oversee inspection, testing, and evaluation of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods, working with production to minimize non-conformances.
Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to improve incoming material quality; conduct audits.
Reporting: Prepare reports, analyze metrics, and communicate quality performance to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
