Executive (Advanced Excel & Email Communication) Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 year ________________________________________ Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive with strong skills in Advanced Excel and professional email drafting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data handling, report automation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders via email. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Utilize Advanced Excel functions • Draft professional, clear, and concise emails for internal communication, client updates, follow-ups, and escalations. • Maintain accurate databases and track project deliverables using spreadsheets. • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure timely flow of information and reports. • Create SOPs and documentation for recurring processes and email templates. • Perform quality checks on outgoing data and communications. • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed. ________________________________________ Required Skills: • Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel • Strong command of written English for formal and professional email drafting. • Familiarity with Outlook, Google Workspace, or other email clients. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. • Certification in Advanced Excel or Microsoft Office is a plus.
