Job Description: Quality Facilitator

Position: Quality Facilitator
Location: Kasuva, Thiruvallur
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Quality Manager / Program Director
1. Position Overview
The Quality Facilitator at Sevalaya plays a key role in ensuring that all educational, healthcare, community development, and senior care programs adhere to the organization’s quality standards. The role focuses on monitoring, evaluation, quality audits, process improvements, documentation, and capacity building to ensure consistent and impactful service delivery across all units.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Quality Assurance & Monitoring
Conduct regular internal quality audits across Sevalaya’s schools, community colleges, hostels, hospitals, and community-based programs.
Monitor program performance against defined KPIs and quality benchmarks.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
Conduct field visits to assess program implementation quality and recommend improvements.
B. Data Management & Reporting
Collect, validate, and analyze program data to support decision-making.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual quality reports for management and donors.
Maintain updated documentation and records for audits and evaluations.
Assist in creating dashboards, trackers, and monitoring tools.
C. Process Improvement
Identify gaps in program delivery and work with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Facilitate development or revision of SOPs and quality standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Support implementation of best practices and innovative methods to enhance program outcomes.
D. Training & Capacity Building
Train staff and volunteers on quality processes, documentation, compliance, and monitoring tools.
Build capacity of program teams in assessment methods, data collection, reporting, and evaluation.
Conduct orientation sessions for new staff on Sevalaya’s quality framework.
E. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with program heads, field teams, and management to ensure quality compliance.
Work with external evaluators, auditors, and donor agencies when required.
Support cross-functional activities to standardize and strengthen program operations.
3. Qualifications & Experience
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Management, Development Studies, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), quality assurance, or program support in the NGO sector.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with community development or education-focused NGOs.
Knowledge of quality frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and assessment tools.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools.

Ability to conduct training and facilitate sessions.
