Quality Engineering Lead

In addition to ensuring that testing addresses requirements and quality standards, you will work closely with various teams including Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations to plan and execute automated and performance tests. Your responsibilities will also include conducting project reviews, implementing quality control procedures, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of Quality Engineering experience and a strong background in QA methodologies, Agile methodologies, and data analysis. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
