Quality Engineering Lead

Its functionality is tailored to handle the unique behavior of bank loans and compliance reporting required for complex structures.

We have offices in different locations, India, Dallas, Manchester, who work toward a common goal of developing WSO Software. We are closely working with the business to align the product with business requirements.

Looking for an experienced quality engineering lead. Experience with the following:

• Knowledge of acceptance testing tools such as Specflow or Reqnroll. Understand how to leverage the tools in conjunction with AI to help generate coverage for gaps in scenarios.
• AI-powered test generation.
• Experience working with different types of UI and Web automated testing tools.
• Knowledge and experience with testing tools for REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices as it relates to quality, e.g. integrating testing into build and deployment pipelines, generating code coverage metrics, etc
• Experience tracking quality and failure metrics, including categorization of bugs and trending the data.
• Experience with data-driven testing, using large datasets to validate scenarios.
• Risk-based testing and analysis. Ability to prioritize testing efforts based on the risk assessment.
• Experience identifying vulnerabilities in cloud hosted solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science and/or Certified Development Program.
