Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks for Guidewire Claim Center or Guidewire Invoice Center or Guidewire policy Center.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into test strategies. Develop and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration layers. Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across Guidewire modules. Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and manual testers. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure test coverage, traceability, and timely reporting of defects and test metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in Claim center or Policy Center or Invoice Center testing (functional and automation). • Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar. • Proficiency in Java, Gosu, or scripting languages used in Guidewire. • Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools. • Solid understanding of Guidewire data models, workflows, and integration points. • Experience with SQL for data validation and backend testing. • Familiarity with Guidewire Digital Portal testing is a plus. • Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter is a bonus. • Expereince in Insurance Domain
