Quality Control Manager

A QC Manager develops and implements quality standards and procedures to ensure products meet customer expectations and regulatory compliance, overseeing quality control teams, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement, managing documentation, and collaborating with other departments to integrate quality into the entire product lifecycle, from supplier sourcing to final product release.
Key Responsibilities

• Quality System Development: Implement, and maintain quality control systems, policies, and procedures to meet organizational and customer standards.
• Process Monitoring & Improvement: Oversee production processes, monitor quality data, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to internal, industry, and legal quality and safety standards, including reviewing supplier quality and product testing.
• Auditing & Documentation: Conduct internal and external audits of quality control processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and reports.
• Collaboration:Work with other departments, suppliers, and clients to integrate quality control into product development and resolve quality issues.
• Customer Focus: Review customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills:Proficiency in statistical methods, data analysis, and quality control applications, with a strong understanding of production processes.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, training, and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail:A strong eye for detail and organizational skills are crucial for monitoring quality and maintaining documentation.
• Education & Experience:Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of experience in a quality control or related role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
