Quality Control Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at our manufacturing unit in Kanwara, Faridabad. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in quality management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in the rubber / automobile components industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions. Implement and monitor quality management systems, procedures, and documentation. Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and customer requirements. Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with production, design, and suppliers for quality improvements. Handle customer audits, certifications, and compliance standards (ISO/TS/IATF preferred). Mentor and train quality team members. Qualification & Experience: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical or related trade). Electrician trade background preferred. Experience in the rubber industry is highly desirable. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Quality Management. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, PPAP, FMEA, 7QC, 8D, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and communication skills.
