Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located in Gujarat, India. The Quality Control Manager will oversee and manage quality control processes, ensuring all products meet the required standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control policies, inspecting product samples, identifying any defects or issues, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality-related problems. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of inspections and generating quality reports.

• Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools
• Ability to develop and implement quality control policies and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field
