Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, efficient, and quality service support. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day service operations and team performance Handle customer complaints, feedback, and escalations professionally Schedule and supervise maintenance/service activities Monitor service team productivity and KPIs Maintain service records and ensure timely documentation Coordinate with other departments for parts and technical support Implement strategies to improve customer service and reduce downtime Train and mentor service technicians and junior staff Requirements: Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities Familiarity with service software/CRM tools is a plus Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field
