📢 Hiring: Production Manager – Air Cooler Manufacturing📍 Location: Bhatinda, punjab 🏭 Industry: Consumer Durables / Electrical Appliances 💰 Salary: As per experience & industry standards 🕒 Job Type: Full-time | 6 Days Working 🔧 Job Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Air Cooler Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in ceiling fan & electric motor production and a strong understanding of assembly line, manpower management, and quality processes. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Supervise end-to-end production activities on the shop floor Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets Manage workforce across multiple assembly lines Implement quality control checks during production Optimize production timelines without compromising on quality Coordinate with procurement, store, QA/QC, and dispatch teams Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and tools Monitor production KPIs and generate MIS reports Maintain ISO and safety compliance across the plant 🧠 Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production management Strong background in air cooler, ceiling fan, or electric motor manufacturing Leadership ability to manage 40+ workers and supervisors Proficient in MS Excel, production planning software, and reporting Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization is a plus
