Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Mansarovar Jaipur. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, customer service management, customer support, and utilizing analytical skills and effective communication to ensure a high level of customer service. Job Description: Semi-Qualified CA/CS (Dropouts) Position: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) Location: Mansarovar Jaipur Company: S3G Debt Management Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 years (Post-Article ship Preferred) Qualifications · Assist in debt recovery proceedings, including legal documentation and compliance requirements. · Support in the preparation and filing of regulatory documents with statutory bodies such as MCA, SEBI, RBI, and other financial institutions. · Conduct financial due diligence and risk assessment on outstanding debts and recovery cases. · Liaise with law firms, banks, and financial institutions for case updates and documentation. · Draft and review agreements, notices, and other legal correspondence related to debt recovery. · Assist in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, including coordination with resolution professionals. · Maintain and ensure compliance with company law, taxation, and accounting regulations applicable to debt recovery matters. · Monitor legal developments and regulatory updates affecting debt recovery processes. · Support senior management in strategic planning and reporting related to financial restructuring.
