Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Inspector with a minimum of 2 years of experience in in-process quality inspection. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to quality control processes in aerospace, automobile, and electronics industries, and possess a deep understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques relevant to these sectors. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality at all manufacturing stages. Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using appropriate tools and equipment. Monitor and ensure adherence to industry-specific standards and customer specifications. Identify and report non-conformities, initiate corrective actions, and verify effectiveness. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues promptly. Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records. Participate in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, PDCA). Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, or other applicable quality systems. Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control role, specifically in-process inspection. Strong knowledge of aerospace, automobile, and electronics manufacturing processes. Familiarity with tools such as CMM, Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection plans. Good documentation and communication skills. Understanding of basic statistical quality control techniques (SPC, MSA preferred).
