Key Responsibilities: must be able to handle Vernier, bore Guage , Micrometer Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products as per quality standards. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test certificates, and related documentation. Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to defined quality norms. Coordinate with production and coating teams to resolve quality issues. Develop and implement quality control plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and corrective actions. Handle calibration of measuring instruments and maintain relevant records. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for non-conformances. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO or customer-specific requirements. Work closely with the design, machining, and coating teams to improve process consistency and product reliability.
