Job Title: Quality Control Engineer

Experience: 3–5 years (Industrial Cable Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities
• Perform in-process & final quality inspections for industrial cables
• Conduct tests as per IS / IEC / EN standards
• Test parameters:
1.Conductor resistance
2.Insulation thickness & eccentricity
3.Spark & High-Voltage test
4.Tensile & elongation test
5.Insulation & sheath properties
• Inspect raw materials and finished cables
• Monitor cable production processes
• Maintain QC documentation, calibration records & test reports
• Support customer complaint resolution & root-cause analysis (RCA)
• Assist in implementation of 5S, ISO & continuous improvement

Required Skills
• Experience in industrial cables QC (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of IS, IEC & EN cable standards
• Strong documentation & analytical skills

Qualification
• Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronics
• 3–5 years QC experience in cable industry
