We're Hiring: QA/QC Engineer – Valve Industry 📍 Location: Coimbatore, India 🏢 Company: Soudarshini Valve Private Limited 📅 Experience: 4–8 years in Quality Assurance & Control (Valves or related mechanical industry preferred) Salary Range: 25000-50000pm depending on experience and expertise. 🔧 Roles & Responsibilities:Implement and monitor QA/QC processes in accordance with ISO, ASME, and API standards.Conduct in-process and final inspections of valves, including hydro tests, seat leak tests, and dimensional verification.Review material test certificates (MTCs), calibration reports, and ensure compliance with engineering drawings/specs.Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and customers during audits and inspections.Prepare and maintain quality documents like inspection test plans (ITPs), quality manuals, NCRs, and corrective actions.Support internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.Ensure traceability of materials and maintain comprehensive inspection records.✅ Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Strong knowledge of valve types (Plug, gate, globe, check, ball, etc.) and inspection procedures.Familiarity with NDT techniques and tools (e.g., UT, MPI, DPI) is an advantage.Good communication skills and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
