Our capabilities include critical machining jobs, CMM inspection, and customized fixture solutions for leading automotive automation integrators. 🎯 Job Objective:To ensure that all incoming materials, in-process operations, and final products meet design specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards, ensuring smooth execution of projects with CMM-inspected, cost-effective precision parts. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Review technical drawings, process sheets, and customer specifications to establish inspection standards. Carry out first-piece, in-process, and final inspection of jigs, fixtures, and critical components. Operate and program CMM (using PolyWorks or similar software) for dimensional inspection. Develop and maintain Quality Control documentation, including reports, checklists, and NCRs. Ensure all machining jobs are inspected for thread sizes, chamfering, surface hardness, and other critical features. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with Design & Project Engineering Team for design validation and improvements. Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments and ensure periodic calibration. Collaborate with vendors and sub-contractors for incoming material quality control. Lead quality audits, both internal and customer-driven, ensuring readiness and compliance. Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal SOPs. 📋 Required Skills:Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining processes. Proficient in handling inspection tools such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Bore, and Thread Gauges. Knowledge of CMM machine operation and inspection reporting. Experience in fixture and automation component inspection is preferred. Familiarity with ISO standards, documentation, and internal audits. Good analytical and communication skills. 🎓 Qualification & Experience:Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering. Minimum 1–5 years experience in quality inspection (preferably in a tool room or fixture manufacturing setup). ✅ Preferred Candidate Traits:High attention to detail and documentation discipline.
