Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-process and final inspection of sheet metal and machined parts using precision tools. • Ensure product compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and ISO/IATF documentation. • Identify non-conformities and assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Support internal/external audits and customer complaint resolution. • Monitor calibration status of measuring instruments. • Train shop floor teams on quality procedures and basic inspection techniques. • Assist in preparing PPAP documents and quality-related reports. ⸻ Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. • 2–5 years of quality control experience, preferably in sheet metal/machining. • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, and 7 QC tools. • Strong understanding of measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, etc.). • Basic proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
