We focus on delivering precise snag inspections and defect reporting for real estate developers and homeowners. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed inspections of flats, apartments, and residential projects to identify construction defects and snags. Prepare comprehensive snag reports with photographs and recommendations for rectification. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and developers to ensure timely resolution of quality issues. Monitor compliance with quality standards, building codes, and client specifications. Maintain proper documentation of inspections, progress reports, and issue logs. Assist in developing and implementing QC processes and checklists for new projects. Support QA teams in process improvements and preventive measures. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in quality control / site inspection in residential or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and defect identification. Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
