The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant standards such as ASTM, API, and ASME, along with hands-on experience using precision measuring instruments like verniers, micrometers, and other testing tools. Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods is essential.
Responsibilities also include validating processes, conducting root cause analysis, maintaining quality documentation (including MTCs and dimensional reports), training team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
