Job Title : Quality Manager / Quality Control Lead

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards in line with project requirements.
Establish and monitor quality control systems to ensure consistent project quality.
Analyze quality performance and prepare reports for management review.
Inspect and test materials, equipment, construction processes, and finished work to ensure compliance with specifications.
Work closely with Operations and Project Managers to implement quality controls and continuous improvements.
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues during construction.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring issues.
Review drawings, codes, specifications, and construction processes for quality compliance.
Maintain proper documentation related to quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and inspection procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to join immediately or within 15 days is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,574.12 - ₹42,363.48 per month
