Key Responsibility Areas:

- Quality Inspection & Verification

Conduct detailed quality checks on jewelry pieces, ensuring adherence to company standards for craftsmanship, finishing, stone setting, and overall aesthetics.

Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations in design, weight, and quality.

Assist in the final approval process before products move to dispatch or display.

- Excel Reporting & Data Management

Maintain accurate inspection records, daily QC reports, and product status updates in Excel.

Track and update item movement, defect logs, and rework details using Excel sheets and system data.

Generate and share regular quality performance reports with the QC team.

- Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless flow of inspected goods.

Communicate quality-related issues promptly and suggest corrective measures.

- Process Improvement

Support in implementing quality control procedures and standard operating practices.

Suggest improvements in inspection methods for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

- Learning & Adaptability

Quickly learn new quality parameters, tools, and systems used in jewelry inspection.

Demonstrate a proactive and smart approach to handling day-to-day QC challenges.

- Soft skills : Advance excel ( for reporting and analysis) , google sheet( for reports and analysis) , google workspace ( calendar, keep, maintaining drive and other tools )

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of jewelry quality standards and craftsmanship details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data recording and analysis.
• Keen attention to detail, strong observation skills, and analytical mindset.
• Quick learner with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under timelines with accuracy and consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
