The BIM Engineer position is a full-time role where you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects in alignment with client requirements and timelines. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and teams to ensure that all projects are on track and progressing in the right direction. Working closely with team members, you will leverage the latest technology and industry developments to deliver high-quality BIM modeling, Construction Documents, and Coordination services to clients. To be successful in this role, you are expected to have: - Proven experience as a BIM Engineer with a strong understanding of BIM modeling and Coordination software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools. - Demonstrated experience in coordinating and supervising teams as well as interacting with clients effectively. - Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and teams, along with strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, quality control, and multitasking capabilities. - Proficiency in the English language for preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring clear communication. - A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in BIM modeling and Coordination Services, including 1-2 years of experience working with USA Projects/Clients.
