Quality Checker

As a Quality Checker at our company, your role involves ensuring the successful execution of projects in alignment with client requirements and timelines. You will coordinate with clients, architects, and teams to ensure that all projects are aligned and moving in the right direction. Working closely with team members, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality BIM modeling, Construction Documents, and Coordination services to the clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Independently work on end-to-end target delivery, including proven experience as a Quality Checker profile - Demonstrate organizational skills and work on BIM tools such as AutoCAD and Revit Architecture (preferable) - Work on Architectural & BIM projects for international clients in various sectors like Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional - Understand different Architectural Design elements, construction methods, and detailing requirements - Stay updated with the latest technology and industry developments - Coordinate and supervise teams, communicate effectively with clients, prepare reports, and maintain records - Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, quality control, and multitasking abilities **Qualifications Required:** - Immediate joiners preferred - Candidates must meet the minimum experience requirement - Knowledge of team leading is an advantage - Experience in US Projects is necessary - Working knowledge of MS Office - Outstanding communication skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Degree in a relevant technical field - Educational Qualification: BE or B.Tech Civil/B.Arch or related discipline - 3-4 years of work experience, with 2 years working with US clients Please note that the salary offered will be as per experience and previous CTC. The company has 3 open positions in the AEC industry located in Thane. Candidate preference is given to individuals from Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai Sub-Urban areas.,
