Quality Checker

Job Description: You will be working as a Quality Checker in a full-time role, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects in alignment with client requirements and timelines. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, architects, and teams to ensure that all projects are moving in the right direction. You will work closely with team members and deliver high-quality BIM modelling, Construction Documents, and Coordination services to clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Independently work on end-to-end target delivery, including proven experience as a Quality Checker. - Utilize organizational skills effectively. - Preferably work on BIM tools such as AutoCAD and Revit Architecture. - Focus on Architectural & BIM projects for international clients in various sectors like Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional. - Understand Architectural Design elements, construction methods, and detailing requirements. - Stay updated with the latest technology and industry developments. - Coordinate and supervise teams, maintain excellent communication with clients. - Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure quality control. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. **Qualifications Required:** - Immediate joiners are preferred. - Candidates should meet the minimum experience requirement. - Knowledge of team leading is advantageous. - Experience in US projects is necessary. - Working knowledge of MS Office. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Degree in a relevant technical field like BE or B.Tech Civil/B. Arch. - Minimum 3-4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years working with US clients. Please note that the salary will be as per experience and previous CTC, and there are 3 positions available in the AEC industry located in Thane. Candidates from Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai Sub-Urban areas are preferred.
