QC Analyst (Quality Checker)

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Quality Checking / Quality Monitoring in a BPO or Customer Support voice process 
  • Strong ability to understand multiple global accents (Indian, APAC) 
  • Excellent listening skills and analytical mindset 
  • Strong written English skills for reports, comments, and documentation 
  • Ability to evaluate soft skills (tone, empathy, politeness, call flow) 
  • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and SLAs 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 

System requirements :

Laptop/desktop with reliable Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
