Quality Checker

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our Household product( Kitchenware /Tableware/ Gardening) team. The successful candidate will monitor and evaluate our operational processes and outputs to ensure they meet the established quality standards. The role involves analyzing data, conducting audits, and working closely with vendor to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct detailed statistical data analysis to identify to improve in product quality and process efficiency.

· Perform regular quality assurance audits across various production and operational stages to ensure adherence to quality standards.

· Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

· Design, implement, and refine testing processes and procedures to identify potential issues effectively.

· Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators, report findings to management, and propose actionable improvements.

· Collaborate with product development teams to recommend improvements and solutions for identified quality issues.

· Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports that detail findings and recommendations for quality enhancement.

· Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.

· Foster a culture of improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify minor issues that could lead to significant problems.

· Proficient in verbal and written communication, capable of effectively conveying quality standards and findings to a diverse audience.

· Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

· Strong teamwork skills and work collaboratively across different departments and teams.

· High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, with a customer-oriented approach to quality assurance.

· Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving quality benchmarks and organizational objectives.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree

· Min 1 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably.

· Familiarity with quality standards and regulations relevant to the products.
