Quality Checker

As a Line Checker in Diaper Production at Swara Baby Products Pvt. Ltd. & Swara Hygiene Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency of the production line and the quality of finished products. You will be responsible for conducting routine checks, monitoring product dimensions, identifying non-conforming products, maintaining inspection records, and supporting the production team in implementing corrective actions. Your attention to detail, knowledge of quality control parameters, familiarity with hygiene product standards, communication skills, and ability to work as a team will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine checks on the diaper production line to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. - Monitor product dimensions, sealing, absorption, and packaging integrity at various stages of production. - Identify and segregate non-conforming products and report deviations immediately. - Maintain accurate inspection records and update log sheets regularly. - Assist in root cause analysis for product defects in coordination with the QA team. - Ensure proper labeling, batch coding, and packing standards are maintained. - Support the production team in implementing corrective actions. - Follow safety and hygiene standards strictly within the production environment. Qualification Required: - ITI / Diploma / BSc. / MSc. In this role, you will need to have 13 years of experience as a Line Checker or in a similar role in the diaper or any product manufacturing industry. Additionally, you are expected to work full-time on a permanent basis. The benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and provident fund.
