Experience Required:

3 to 7 years in Engineering Store or Inventory Management

Qualification:

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of engineering store, ensuring timely receipt and issue of spare parts, tools, and machinery components
• Maintain accurate inventory records using systems like SAP, Tally, or customized ERP
• Track and manage critical machine spares, consumables, and MRO items across multiple departments
• Implement LIFO, FIFO, and ABC analysis to optimize inventory utilization and value
• Prepare GRNs, MRNs, and update stock registers regularly
• Ensure smooth material issuance based on requisition approvals and defined SOPs
• Conduct verification of incoming materials against drawings, PO specifications, and quality standards
• Collaborate with procurement team for vendor coordination and technical evaluation
• Generate reports on stock movements, consumption trends, minimum and reorder levels
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and audits for compliance and discrepancy resolution
• Ensure safety protocols while handling flammable, fragile, or heavy engineering items
• Initiate process improvements for enhanced store layout, space utilization, and material traceability

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
