🌟 Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) & Technology Manager to join our team at a leading solid tyre factory. You'll be a key player in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You'll lead our quality initiatives, manage a young team of dedicated professionals, and drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Process & Product Quality Management: Oversee all quality assurance activities related to raw material inspection, product specifications, manufacturing to finished product testing. Develop and implement quality control protocols and procedures to ensure all products consistently meet specifications
• Technical Expertise: Should be able drive process improvement & new product development
• Problem-Solving & Analysis: Investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances using root cause analysis tools. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate future occurrences.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality data, test results, and product specifications. Prepare regular reports on key quality metrics for senior management.
• Track and enhance KPIs related to quality

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical field is required
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control & technology or a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in solid tyres
• Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), statistical process control (SPC), and quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, lean manufacturing). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
