Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plant Head to oversee operations at a mid-sized rubber manufacturing facility. This is a pivotal leadership role in a company backed by strong promoters with ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with a strategic mindset to elevate productivity, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end plant operations, spanning production, technology absorption, maintenance, and project expansion
2. Supervise rubber processing techniques including molding, and curing
3. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory compliances
4. Collaborate with internal teams for streamlined planning and execution
5. Track and enhance KPIs related to output, efficiency, quality, and cost

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical); Master’s preferred
2. 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing, with exposure to rubber manufacturing processes
3. Proven leadership in managing plant operations and scaling performance
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
5. Familiarity with ISO standards, EHS protocols, and modern quality systems
6. Experience with ERP tools and data-driven management approaches
