Position - Quality Assurance

Salary - 15,000 - 22,000

Profile Introduction

Responsible for ensuring the quality of all incoming raw materials, sheet metals, dies, and bought-out components used in the press shop. This role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams to prevent quality issues in the stamping process.

Key Responsibilities

• Check the parameter of machining parts.

• Check the supplier test certificate.

• Record the parameter in inspection report/Register.

• Send back the reject material to the supplier on debit note.

• Prepare/Maintain the PPM of supplier.

• if any lot found O/S or U/S as compared to R.Q.P. so prepare the deviation note.

• Monitoring the supplier performance.

• Preparing the supplier performance report.

• Supplier Rejection monitoring.

• Supplier Rejection list with cost (Cost of poor quality).

• Preparing & review of Machining & RM Quality Plan.

• Daily INWARD problem solving.

• Handling of inward rejection

• Identification & storage of rejection material

• Maintaining /record the in-process inspection report, Record the Daily molding rejection, Molding rejection/Rework list (cost of poor quality), Handling of rejection with proper red tag identification

Profile Requirements

•Maintaining Office & shop Floor 5S, Loading and unloading of RM,

•Strong understanding of sheet metal and press shop processes

•Knowledge of quality tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 7 QC Tools)

•Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards

•Experience with measuring instruments and gauges

•Good communication and documentation skills

•Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems)
