Reporting to: DGM of QADSalary: 5lakh per annum Hours: Full time Location: BansberiaKey responsibilities & dutiesWork in the QAD final inspection department for the last 14years.Specialized to handle Audit like ISO 9001,ISO 14001,BSI,NSF,DVGW,OVGW & Handle customer Visit of foreign and domestic.Knowledge on specification like ISO 2531,EN 545,EN 598,IS 8329,AWWA C110,BS 4772, EN 15655, EN 15189Specialized to maintain SOP & QAP of Castings, Zn coating,Cement mortar lining, coating, despatch .Special knowledge on PU coating,Seal coating on CML, various types of Epoxy coating, Bituminous coating ,Knowledge to maintain instrument calibration ,Knowledge on SAP.Knowledge on Cement moisture checking,pull of strength checking, Holiday detection checking.Knowledge to handle third party inspection.Knowledge to maintain good work environment by directly interacting with workers in plant.Specialized to take dimensions all required for DI Pipes(DE,Bend,Ovality,Socket Dimensions etc), Respond to enquiries – over the phone and face-to-face from the staff and public.Communication skills including conflict resolution and friendly mannerMiscellaneous admin duties and support business team.Good organisational skills and attention to detailTeam orientated approach.Data entryExcel database skillsAcademic or trade qualificationsB.Sc from Calcutta University on 2011
