Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The role involves ensuring product and service quality by conducting regular quality control checks, performing quality audits, and implementing effective quality management processes. Responsibilities also include compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), preparing detailed quality reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold operational standards.

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices
• Experience with Quality Management and conducting Quality Audits
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) protocols
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in retail or e-commerce operations, is an added advantage
