Based in Gurugram, we serve both private and public sectors by providing IT & software consultancy, resources outsourcing, digital transformation consultancy, and end-to-end project management.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in Gurugram, with some work from home acceptable. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards, conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and managing quality control processes. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and analyzing quality data, developing quality control procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Auditing
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, or Quality Management
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
