Quality Assurance Specialist (2 Positions)

J*Job Description*

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialists to join our team. The specialist will ensure that all products, machines, and processes meet stringent quality standards, comply with industry regulations, and align with customer specifications.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of machines, components, and finished products.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures in line with ISO standards and company policies.
• Maintain QA documentation, inspection reports, and quality checklists.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformities, coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with Production, Design, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
• Perform testing, calibration, and validation of critical components.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and outsourced parts for compliance with specifications.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with clients.
• Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve QA processes to enhance product reliability and efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in mechanical inspection, precision measurements, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication, machining, and refinery equipment is an advantage.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in machinery manufacturing, engineering, or process plants.
• Freshers with strong QA knowledge may be considered for junior-level roles.
