Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer to join our team at Rajesh India Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. The role involves programming, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems used in our refinery machinery and plant operations. Candidates should have strong expertise in PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and program PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, etc.) for automation equipment.

· Configure and integrate SCADA/HMI systems with PLCs.

· Troubleshoot and resolve PLC, HMI, and communication-related issues.

· Modify and update existing PLC programs as per process requirements.

· Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in automation systems.

· Collaborate with design, electrical, and mechanical teams during project execution.

· Perform testing, commissioning, and validation of automation systems at site.

· Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and provide training to end-users.

· Support maintenance teams in diagnosing and fixing automation-related breakdowns.

Qualifications & Skills

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.

· 2–5 years of proven experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.

· Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Schneider preferred).

· Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Willingness to travel for project commissioning as required.

Preferred Attributes

· Experience in refinery, chemical, or process automation industry.

· Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.

· Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience.
