Role Description

QA & QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce QA & QC standards, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with project

specifications and industry regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials, processes and products to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results and compliance reports, ensuring proper documentation for audits and certifications.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions to eliminate defects and improve processes.
• Work closely with project teams, suppliers and contractors to resolve quality-related challenges and maintain consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management

Applications from other domain will not be considered.

Experience

8-10 years of experience in QA & QC roles in construction and engineering domain.

Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with inspection and testing equipment.
• Proficient in quality management systems (QMS) and tools.
