Chef De Partie (CDP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor the corporate food safety and quality assurance program to ensure compliance with internal policies and international standards.
• Conduct kitchen audits, inspections, and training sessions to maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Investigate quality and safety complaints, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain excellent hygiene and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portioning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or culinary operations within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Gulf region experience preferred.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to quality and teamwork.
