Quality Assurance Officer

Quality Management System (QMS):

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirement

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to regulations such as Textile ZDHC, GOTS, FDA, DEKO-TeX, and other Restricted Substance Lists (RSL) and Manufacturing Restricted Substances Lists (MRSL).
• Maintain knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.
• Prepare and maintain necessary compliance documentation.

Documentation and SOPs:

• Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and Certificates of Analysis (COA).

Quality Assurance Testing:

• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and analyze results.
• Identify and address any quality issues promptly.

Audit and Inspection:

• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards.

Training:

• Train staff on QMS, GMP, ISO standards, and other quality-related processes.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Pharm.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years in a QA role within the chemical industry.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of QMS and compliance standards in the chemical industry.
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and industry-specific regulations.
• Basic laboratory testing skills and understanding of quality assurance principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using relevant software for documentation and analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
