Customer Retention Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Retention Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with existing customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction to reduce customer churn. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels to ensure their satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Identify reasons for potential churn and proactively provide solutions.
• Promote relevant products/services to existing customers to increase retention and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, and support) to resolve customer issues.
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements in processes or services.
• Achieve monthly retention targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retention, or tele-calling roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts with patience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
