Manager – Hypermarket Division

The Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, increasing efficiency and profitability, and delivering excellent customer service standards across the hypermarket.

• Manage overall hypermarket operations, including sales, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor market trends and adapt business strategies to maintain competitiveness.

• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in a hypermarket or large retail environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
