🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers.
• Create a high-performance, automation-first QA culture.
• Drive team hiring, capability building, and performance reviews.

2. Quality Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and automation roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end quality processes for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Ensure alignment between QA, Product, and Engineering teams.

3. Automation & Technical Expertise

• Oversee automation initiatives usin

  g Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, Java.

• Ensure robust API testing and microservices validation.
• Improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency

  .

4. Process Excellence

• Implement and improve QA processes, metrics, and best practices.
• Drive quality gates across CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure regression and release cycles are predictable and reliable.

5. Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Developers, PMs, DevOps, and Business teams.
• Participate in architectural discussions with Engineering leadership.
• Ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
