• Establish and enforce QC standards for raw spices, blends, and finished goods • Monitor quality parameters such as moisture, aroma, color, purity, and contamination
•Ensure compliance with FSSAI / ISO / HACCP / GMP and food safety regulations
•Conduct raw material inspections and approve vendor quality standards
•Supervise in-process and final product quality checks
•Handle customer complaints, product deviations, and recalls, if any
•Maintain QC documentation, batch records, COAs, and test reports
•Lead internal audits and support external regulatory and customer audits
•Train production staff on hygiene, food safety, and quality practices
•Drive continuous improvement, CAPA, and reduction of quality rejections .
• Strong knowledge of spices & masala processing and food safety standards
• Expertise in quality testing methods and contamination control
• Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving
• Team leadership and cross-functional coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemistry / Microbiology •
6–10 years of QC experience in Spices / Masala Industry
