Job Description

JD- Quality Manager :- The primary objective of a Quality Manager is to ensure that the food products produced by the company meet or exceed the required quality standards, also complying with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage the food safety and quality assurance teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the quality management system and relevant regulatory requirements. Provide training and support to employees on the importance of quality management, safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage the investigation and resolution of product quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions as required. Ensure that all necessary documentation, including product specifications, labelling, and packaging, meets regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Responsible to build corrective actions, and preventive actions and ensuring implementation to eliminate critical consumer complaints. Stay up to date with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the quality management system. And upgrading quality process and quality culture in the organization Conduct regular internal audits of the quality management system to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Research and Development - Improve product quality, develop new products, and implement innovations in the production process. Collaborate with other departments, such as production, and supply chain, to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into all aspects of the product lifecycle.
