Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and CI of the (QMS) in line with ISO and other relevant standards. Ensure company-wide compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards. Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external and customer audits. Investigate NC, manage root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Oversee document control processes and maintain accurate quality records. Develop and deliver training to promote quality awareness and QMS compliance across the organization. Manage supplier quality performance and coordinate quality audits for vendors. Analyze data and quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
